The Oakdare Team
The Oakdare team includes highly skilled, experienced and qualified Drivers, Civil Construction Supervisors, Heavy Vehicle Drivers, Machine Operators and Labourers supported by a proficient administration team and maintenance staff to deliver first class service to our customers. The Directors and Management Team oversee and supervise the Oakdare team of 45 employees.

All Oakdare staff are skilled and qualified to effectively perform their specific line of work. Our recruitment and screening processes against rigid selection criteria and the provision of training during a probationary period ensures that we have the right team in place to best service our customers and deliver a premium quality product.
We provide regular training and development opportunities to all staff to ensure that essential skills and qualifications are kept up to date, and therefore only the most skilled experienced staff for your job or project.

Wesley (Wes) Connolly
Managing Director
Wes is the Managing Director of Oakdare Holdings and maintains a hands-on role in livestock transport, tendering, equipment maintenance and the company’s capital replacement and acquisition program. He has 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry and holds various qualifications in engineering (electrical trade) and other competency tickets. Along with wife Kristein, Wes has grown the business from an owner/operator partnership to the present business model that is now Oakdare Holdings.

Kristein Connolly
Managing Director & Company Secretary
As well as a Director of Oakdare Holdings, Kristein manages the financial and administrative affairs of the company. Kristein is responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and preparation of company accounts, human resources and WH&S. Kristein’s team ensures customers and clients that the pursuit of excellence in the company’s service delivery is supported by a competent and professional administrative division.

Tayla Connolly
Accountant/Account Manager
Tayla brings her infectious positive attitude to the Oakdare Team as the Accountant. Utilising her experience in cash flow dynamics and auditing processes, Tayla assists in management of business accounts and reporting requirements. Tayla also frequently assists with recruitment, finance and pop up project depots.
