Project Overview

Crush and produce select fill and gravels compliant with Main Roads Standards. Located in Mowbray, quarry products are available for delivery 7 days a week.

Onsite Operations:

• D8 Dozer to rip and push material suitable for select fill for crushing
• Drill and Blast sub-contractors as required
• Mobile Crushing and screening equipment with 10,000 t / day output
• Front end loader to load crushing and screening plant
• Front end loader to remove finished product from under belt and stockpile
• Sales front end loader fitted with calibrated loadrite scales to load out delivery trucks
• Prime mover and 4 rows of 4 float to shift mining equipment from one site to another
• Water truck for haul Road maintenance and dust suppression onsite
• Haulage and Quarry Manager to oversee operations and liaise with clients
• Provide all maintenance to all equipment and supply stand-alone workshop facility
• Testing and compliance as per Main Roads standard by third party NATA laboratory

• Monthly report on condition of equipment and maintenance history
• Onsite meetings with major project staff
• Weekly reports of payroll and mechanical
• Daily reports of safety and production
• Project Specific testing
