Oakdare Director Wesley Connolly was in Alice Springs on Friday 28th of August and was delighted to find amongst the 100’s of articles which lined the halls in the Kenworth Hall of Fame a story about a small family company from Port Douglas. Upon reading further into the article he discovered that it was about the Oakdare Group and the past 18 year relationship with Kenworth Trucks. Wes and Kristein both directors of the company were overwhelmed by having the Oakdare name upon the walls of such a famous landmark, as millions of people pass through the Kenworth Hall of Fame in the Alice every year. The company now has 26 Kenworth Trucks in the fleet and would recommend Kenworth Trucks to any company trying to compete in the transport industry.
